Carolyn was born and raised in the western Philadelphia suburbs and has a thorough knowledge of the greater Main Line area. She has decades of experience in the sales, marketing and leasing of residential, commercial and investment real estate. Her extensive knowledge of and experience in construction, technology, horticulture and management are a rare combination for a Realtor®.

Carolyn believes strongly in the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors®. She loves helping her clients and understands the benefits of a win-win solution for all parties – both during and after negotiations – and carefully guides her clients towards stress-free results. She also holds a Real Estate Broker's license in Sarasota, Florida.

Carolyn is an accomplished classical pianist, majoring in Piano Performance at Boston University. She is a board member and member of the Artist Selection Committee for Tri-County Concerts, and continues to play and perform when time permits. She is also a member of Schuylkill Township Emergency Operations Committee, The Musical Fund Society of Philadelphia, The Chamber Music Network, Musical Coterie of Wayne, and is a former Board Member of the Four Chaplains Memorial Foundation. Her other interests include gardening, cooking and fine dining.
